Every Warrior Football player must complete this checklist before practices begin in May. If these items are not complete, the player will not be eligible for practice. Don't miss a single snap...do your work early!
Step #1: Registrations OPENS 3/1/25!

Varsity / JV Registration - $475 Click HERE

Step #2: Sports Physical
Incoming Freshmen and all Juniors must have a new physical completed after May 1st, 2025. DO NO LATER THAN 8/12/25
Please have your doctor complete this Physical Form and then you will upload it into your Aktivate account.

Step #3 : STACK App
All players & parent/ guardians are asked to download and create an account on the STACK App. This is the main form of communication for the MHS Athletic Director and Coaches to players & parents/ guardians. Click HERE to download. Step #4: Aktivate Account
All grades must have an Aktivate account and complete an IQ form in Aktivate each year.

Step #5: Activity Card & Pay-to-Play Fee
*These funds go directly to MHS not the Football Booster program*
All MHS athletes must pay the Activity Card and Pay to Participate fees prior to their first game. Students who do not pay will not be allowed to participate in competitions.
Activity Cards Price: $44.50 (Not available to pay until after Registration in August)
Any student who is involved during the year in a sport or activity is required to purchase an activity pass/card. Students who have an activity pass/card will be allowed entrance into ALL home athletic events at no charge and receive a discounted rate at away events.
Pay-to-Participate Price: $110.00 (per sport for the first 2 sports, 3rd one is free) (Not available to pay until after Registration in August)
Any student who is involved in a sport or activity is required to pay a "pay-to-participate" fee. If a payment plan is needed our bookkeeper will be available for payment options.
